Static Peak
Today was another grand adventure....to make it a perfect day off! We hiked to the top of Static Peak. I would have to say this hike was more intense than the 20 mile hike last week. We gained about 5000 ft in elevation and hiked about 18-19 miles. There weren't ripe huckleberries along the trail to keep me going this time....though we did find some ripe wild raspberries and they did a pretty good job. :)

Thanks again for sharing your pictures, Kim! That's another area I don't think I'd ever get to see if it weren't for seeing it vicariously though you!
